Our final day in Morocco

Well everyone where do I start? A big day, travelled 70kms out of Marrakech to a Berber village and had morning tea with a local family, absolutely wonderful. The tea ceremony was performed by the grandmother, she was so gracious with her much experienced practice, mint leaves and sage, oh! sage tea is so nice. Bread was made for us, honey and oil to dip in the pieces, so delicious, it was great morning. Then back into Marrakech, lunch was On the run,  then into the souks (5 of us), watching at all times where everyone was just in case you got lost, there were so many different wares, leather, jewellery, clothing, shoes. The girls enjoyed their few hours of retail therapy. Today we again went into the mountains, road donkeys to a stunning waterfall and enjoyed walking around the Berber villages. Today our last day  some had spa treatments and others shopped for those last minute gifts. In the evening we enjoyed a 5 course guststation at a 5 star restaurant which was a grand finale to a fabulous trip to Morocco. Tomorrow we travel to   Egypt.
