UBUD BALI

Yesterday we were invited by Bali Go Bike on a ride to tract the hear of Bali, and to feel the beat of the life style of the local people, learn from the heritage wisdom of ancient ancestors. The sense of the Balinese countryside was simple, unique and unforgetable.ith a light brunch with a magnificent view over looking Batur volcano, lake and hillsides before heading to the starting point of our 3 hour 28 klm ride, cruising most of the journey downhill through lush green valleys, native balinese villages with rural life in their compounds, ancient Hindu ceremonial sites, rice fields and secret garden with a sampling of exotic natural fruits and spices. At our ending point, we were served with a fabulous buffet balinese lunch in our guides home.  After lunch we learnt the art of Balinese music with his family. The day was an unfortgetable experience and the ladies although nervous at the start of the ride soon became relaxed and experienced bike riders. Well done girls.!!
